Brett W. Senior, Esquire |
||
| Brett is the senior partner of the law firm Brett Senior & Associates. He specializes in income tax, estate and financial planning for individuals and closely held corporations. A significant portion of his practice involves contract negotiations and tax planning for professional athletes, coaches, entertainers and business executives. Prior to forming the firm, Brett spent six years as a tax manager in the Philadelphia office of the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand and headed the estate and financial planning group for high net worth individuals. Brett has authored numerous estate and tax planning articles and is a certified contract advisor with the Players Associations of the NFL and Major League Baseball. Brett has a B.A. degree in accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and received his J.D. degree from Emory University. | ||

| David is a member of Senior
Tax and Business Services, LLC and directs the firm's tax services
department. He assists many entrepreneurial-owned companies with
federal and state income tax planning as well as estate planning.
He also consults on the acquisition and disposition of business,
financing, and business succession planning. With a dual specialty in accounting and law, David represents many clients in tax litigation with federal, state and local authorities. He also provides litigation support services to law firms. A graduate of Temple University School of Law, David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a member of the AICPA's tax section. |

| Murray N. Greenberg, CPA, CVA | ||
| Murray is a member of Senior Tax and Business Services, LLC and oversees audits and the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for profit and nonprofit organizations. He has extensive expertise in preparing and reviewing financial projections, audits of trade associations, audits of HUD assisted programs, real estate and construction companies, conducting computer and operational reviews, and assisting in the installation of automated systems. Murray also provides business valuation services in the areas of litigation support, estate planning, and buy sell agreements. Murray received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Drexel University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is a member of the AICPA's management consulting services division. | ||

| Steven is a member of Senior Tax and Business Services, LLC and specializes in accounting, auditing, and taxation of wholly owned businesses and nonprofit organizations. He has extensive experience in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of business, obtaining financing, planning for business succession, and general business consulting - and performs peer reviews of other certified accounting firms. Steve also performs management studies of businesses and nonprofit organization's operations and internal control systems. The major industries in which Steve has experience include: nonprofit organizations, professional entities in the medical and legal fields, manufacturers, construction companies, distributors, and retail establishments. Steve received a Bachelor of Business Administration in both accounting and marketing from Temple University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Bucks County Association of Certified Public Accountants. | ||

Terri is a manager in the Senior Tax and Business Services practice group specializing in the areas of federal, state and local tax compliance and research. Terri’s background includes seven years in public accounting, including four years with Price Waterhouse. She also spent nine years with Bell Atlantic Corporation working in its tax research department as a manager. Terri graduated with a BS degree in Accounting from St. Francis University and holds an MS degree in Accounting from Villanova University. |

| Maria Victoria Pangonis, Esquire | ||
| Victoria coordinates all client activities related to institutional finance and banking services. This includes document preparation and review of financing agreements, along with the negotiation of credit terms. Victoria received her B.A. degree in Political Science from Cornell University in 1981 and her J.D. degree from Indiana School of Law in 1985. She is fluent in Spanish and oversees various international business ventures for Senior Managements clients. Prior to joining Brett Senior & Associates in 1990, Victoria served as a banking officer on the legal staff of Merchants National Corporation, a bank holding company headquartered in Indianapolis. At Merchants she was the director of international banking and federal compliance services. Merchants National was acquired by National City Bank of Cleveland, Ohio in 1997. Victoria is a member of the Pennsylvania and Indiana Bar Associations. | ||
| James N. Solano, CPA, MBA | ||
| Jim, has over 40 years experience as a NFL Player Agent, representing over 700 players during that time. He has represented at least one player or coach in 25 Super Bowls, and was the agent for 18 of the 40 Philadelphia Eagles, who played in the 1980 Super Bowl. Jim provides a wealth of experience, as a player agent and has represented some of the highest paid players in the NFL. He is highly respected by coaches and front office management, for his professionalism and knowledge of the game. Jim Solano is truly a legend in the field. Jim received his undergraduate degree, MBA and Masters in Taxation from Temple University, and he is a certified public accountant. | ||

Shane oversees client development and player representation. Shane, a two-time All-American from Penn State and member of the 1982 and 1986 National Championship teams, played 9 seasons in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles/St. Louis Rams and was elected to the Pro Bowl 3 times. In 1987, he was the 1st round Draft choice of the Buffalo Bills and won the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Award. Prior to joining SMG Sports Management, Shane was an insurance executive in Pittsburgh, PA. |

Bill is the Associate Director of Player
Representation and Specialty Events for Senior Management Group, LLC.
Bill represents professional athletes, coaches and entertainers, in
addition to coordinating and overseeing client development, as well as
directing the firm’s sports camps and athlete training services. Bill
also serves in an “of counsel” position with Brett Senior & Associates,
P.C. His law practice consists of all aspects of real estate,
corporate/transactional law. Prior to joining the firm, Bill spent
eight (8) years in-house at Fortune 500 companies and did consulting for
some of the most prestigious law firms in the Philadelphia region. He
graduated from Ursinus College and received his J.D. from Widener
University School of Law. Bill was an assistant basketball coach at
Ursinus College, and was Quarterbacks and Receivers Coach/Assistant
Offensive Coordinator for the semi-pro football Delaware County
Mustangs. |
