Shane Conlan oversees client development and player representation. Shane, a two-time All-American from Penn State and member of the 1982 and 1986 National Championship teams, played 9 seasons in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles/St. Louis Rams and was elected to the Pro Bowl 3 times. In 1987, he was the 1st round Draft choice of the Buffalo Bills and won the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Award. Prior to joining SMG Sports Management, Shane was an insurance executive in Pittsburgh, PA.
