Brett is the senior partner of the law firm Brett Senior & Associates. He specializes in tax, estate and financial planning for individuals and closely held corporations. A significant portion of his practice involves contract negotiations and tax planning for professional athletes, coaches, entertainers and business executives. Prior to forming the firm, Brett spent six years as a tax manager in the Philadelphia office of the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand and headed the estate and financial planning group for high net worth individuals. Brett has authored numerous estate and tax planning articles and is a certified contract advisor with the NFL and CFL Players Associations of the NFL. Brett has a B.A. degree in accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and received his J.D. degree from Emory University.
